Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing artwork or prints from Taylor Dunfee Art. Each piece is produced and packaged with great care through our fulfillment partner, SPS Art and Photo.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

 

• The item arrives damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong item.

Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, email orders@spsprinting.net with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

If your return is approved, SPS Printing will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each print and artwork is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

 

• Opened or handled prints
• Limited-edition or signed items
• Custom or commissioned work

Please note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

 

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost once the return is received and inspected.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. Processing times may vary by your bank or card provider.
