1. Products & Representation

We do our best to accurately represent each product. However, colors and textures may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Each print or painting is created by hand or through fine-art printing methods—minor variations are normal and part of the work’s uniqueness.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely via Shopify.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled unless approved by us. Orders are considered final once production or shipping has begun.

3. Shipping & Delivery

PRINTS:
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by SPS Printing.

ORIGINALS & PRODUCTS OTHER THAN PRINTS:
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by TAYLOR DUNFEE.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or weather-related issues once an order has shipped.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, and related materials are the intellectual property of Manuel Zamudio and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission. Purchasing an artwork does not grant reproduction rights.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy on this website.

6. Limitation of Liability

Manuel Zamudio Art and SPS Printing are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products. Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

7. Privacy & Data

Your information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy located on this website. We do not sell or share your personal data.
